Our mission at Leading Legends with Literacy is clear: to provide beginning and emergent readers in underserved communities with the opportunity to enhance their literacy skills by nurturing a love for reading and promoting the empowerment that comes with it.
About Us
Leading Legends with Literacy is a literacy improvement program with over 10 years of literacy experience dedicated to enhancing the skills of beginning and emergent readers. Through a research-based, data-driven curriculum we aim to partner with the community to ensure students exceed their reading goals. Our commitment is to bridge literacy gaps and support long-term success. Our goal is to reach students, families, and schools in underserved communities who often face challenges with limited resources, support, and access. We believe these barriers can limit opportunities for a high-quality education, and we are committed to helping bridge that gap.
