    Serra Center's mission is to promote dignity, respect, and choice for people with developmental disabilities. Serra provides a full range of services to adults with developmental disabilities, aimed at enhancing their ability to live as independently as possible in community settings.

    About Us

    We provide residential and support services to adults with developmental disabilities.

    Our four group homes (ICF-DD/H facilities) are located in Fremont, CA. Six clients live in a group home with 24 hour, 7 day a week staffing.

    The ILS and SL program offer services to clients in their own homes.
