AFT-Kansas

We are a labor union of public employees who believe in public service, integrity, social and educational justice, and the democratic process.

We work to improve public services for the communities and people we serve; we promote safe working conditions and bargaining for fair wages and benefits; we engage all stakeholders to support quality communities.

We do this by building membership in each local, advocating for delivery of services, and working with partners in the community. Our work provides delivery of public services by qualified professionals, gives a voice to those receiving services, and advocates for vibrant communities.
