    INTRODUCTION

    Community Initiatives Concern (CINCO) is a Kenyan Non-profit making, NGO which aims at supporting community beneficial initiatives towards building sustainable community development avenues to improving health, social services and environmental sustainability. CINCO works with communities in identifying solutions to their problems with the overall aim of contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) – The Global Goals and Kenya’s Vision 2030. We work to support evidence-based community interventions to meet community needs as well as strengthening and streamlining effective financial management, planning and information systems in the execution of projects. Currently CINCO supports and works with over 720 Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) organized Community Health Units (CHUs) and 25 Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to realize its set objectives, thus build on our shared vision, mission and nourished by our core values.

    In all the activities, innovative approaches are given to programming to achieve the best results. CINCO currently operates in Kenya with special focus to Nyanza, Rift Valley, Nairobi and Coast regions.
