    Our missions is to close educational gaps in public schools.

    About Us

    The Math Agency provides high-intensity academic coaching to struggling students in grades 3-5.

    Students work with coaches in small groups (2-4 students per coach) in 30-60 minutes sessions, 3 times per week. Coaches focus on motivating students and helping them become strong, independent learners. We leverage the latest digital learning tools, so that coaches don't need to be experts in 3rd grade math:)

    We provide all of the training and support you'll need to be a successful coach!

    We have both in-person (Seattle and Bellevue) and remote (over Zoom) coaching opportunities.
