To develop an organizational infrastructure who's destiny is to serve as a policy-making body that will provide strategic leadership, training, and governance for the establishment of new church works, ministries, and non-profit organizations whose primary purpose is the advancement of the gospel and the implementation of community services to at-risk youth and their families, disadvantaged elderly and the homeless.
