PLAN of Maryland-D.C., Inc. works with families who have a member with mental illness or other disability. We help family members to develop a Personal Plan of Care for their member with a disability, and then we support the family in their effort to care for their loved one. PLAN services can include case management, acting as representative payee and bill payment,. We also operate a special needs trust which families can use to help provide for the financial security of their loved one with a mental illness.
