    About Us

    East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO), established in 1989 in the wake of Hurricane Hugo, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves residents living at or below 150%-200% of the Federal Poverty Level. ECCO provides a variety of support services to clients including food, clothing, emergency financial assistance, educational programs, medical and dental care, case management, disaster preparedness and relief, and more.
