COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR/Endicott Boston Campus -- The Community Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator assists the Director and Associate Director with recruitment and outreach strategies to enroll students for the undergraduate program in Boston. Responsibilities include creating and sustaining strong community and school relationships for the recruitment of new and transfer students for the Boston campus; identifying employment and internship opportunities for Endicott Boston Students; developing and maintaining strong relationships with businesses, school and college counselors, career readiness programs and alternative adult education organizations. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree; experience working with non-traditional undergraduate students, English Language Learners, and adult learners; experience working in higher education; bilingual skills to communicate with Spanish and/or Portuguese speakers preferred but not required; must provide own transportation to visit schools and programs; understanding the challenge in urban education settings and the skill development needed for college success; requires regular travel and a love of networking and meeting new people.
