About Us

Mission

Our mission is to provide Hope, Opportunity and Choice, with work as the means through which people with disabilities and other barriers to employment can more fully participate in the mainstream of life.== Our services make the community stronger.

Our vocational assessment, training services and employment opportunities include employment within private and governmental sector jobs. This past year alone, we served more than 600 individuals, which includes competitive job placement for more than 400 people.

Since 1969, Bayaud has served more than 7,000 individuals by providing daily paid work in a variety of jobs/settings that have resulted in positive outcomes for most. We make a true difference, and have been recognized by Mayor John Hickenlooper for our work with the homeless.

We combine self-sufficiency with community support.

The key to Bayaud Enterprises’ success has been the melding of business contracts with a supportive, professional staff dedicated to the organizational mission. Bayaud Enterprises has a financial philosophy to keep overhead and operating costs to a minimum by employing only the necessary personnel required to get the job done. We also depend on individual and corporate donors to fulfill our mission, and expand our services.

Bayaud Enterprises is a conservative steward of dollars.

Bayaud Enterprises is fiscally conservative and maintains administrative costs less than 9% of our total operating budget. These figures are based upon Bayaud Enterprises’ most recent audit and 990 IRS report. Bayaud Enterprises provides quality services to more than 70 businesses - and growing - each year. Those services are provided on-site either at the corporation or at Bayaud Enterprises’ headquarter facility.

We’re part of many community initiatives.

Bayaud Enterprises participates in community initiatives, including Denver’s Road Home, a comprehensive plan to end homelessness. On our successes page, read about Maria, who went from homeless to productive as a result of this program.
