College Settlement Camp’s mission is to deliver a unique camp experience to young people without regard to economic circumstances. We are a nonprofit organization with over 100 years of success. Our programs foster personal growth, provide a safe, affordable, and nurturing place for young people to enjoy the outdoors while learning about themselves, others and the environment.

Conveniently located 15 miles outside of Philadelphia, College Settlement's 235 acre Horsham campus is a beautiful location for hundreds of activities in our forests and wetlands, ponds and creeks.

As one of the longest-running non-profit camps and Outdoor School programs in the region, our spring, summer, and fall jobs are a great way to gain great experience, expand your own skill set and join a team where staff members are valued as the heart and soul of what we do.

We are proud that 2021 will be our 99th year offering summer camp programs and our 48th running our spring and fall Outdoor School program. We are committed to making excellent programs accessible to children from ALL socioeconomic backgrounds and to guarantee that no child misses out on the summer or school field trip of a lifetime because of inability to pay.

We recruit a dedicated, talented, driven, diverse staff who are encouraged to be creative and think big - to bring their own ideas and skills to each of our programs. We have a wide variety of jobs available and bring in staff from all over the USA and around the globe to bring our programs to life.
