Our Programs and Services:
With roots dating back to the 1970s, we are the most experienced provider of hospice care in Michigan. Currently serving more than 1,700 patients daily, in 56 counties, we’re also the largest in our state, and among the largest recognized 501c3 non-profit advanced illness management organizations in the nation.
We provide care for all—regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay. Last year, our commitment extended $4 million beyond what was reimbursed by insurance. Because we welcome those who are uninsured, or whose treatment is more expensive than what other hospices can provide, we depend on the financial support of our donors for the treatments, medications, services, grief support, and spiritual care of patients and families in need.
In addition to our hospice services, we also have a Pediatric Early Care Program, At Home Support, At Home Choices, a foundation, a research institute, internship programs and much more. Come learn about us. We want to know you too.
