Communities Without Borders

We link small U.S. communities (schools, religious communities, businesses, institutions, neighborhoods) to communities of AIDS orphans and caretakers in Zambia and beyond in order to support the education and health of the children (more than 1,500) and enhance the life of their communities. Our U.S. partners send volunteers each summer to work with our Zambian partners on service projects and to make friends.
