Every child deserves the best start in life, but in too many parts of the UK, background still limits opportunity. We exist to change that. By developing brilliant teachers and leaders, we’re helping schools in disadvantaged communities to thrive—so every young person can reach their full potential.

Since 2003, we’ve trained and supported thousands of teachers, working with schools serving the most disadvantaged pupils. Our approach goes beyond the classroom. Through our programmes, partnerships, and powerful network of ambassadors, we’re building a movement to tackle the root causes of inequality and create lasting change in education.
