Be The Transformational Change is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity, opportunity, and empowerment for the LGBTQIA+ community. We offer a unique program for Transgender women that is a leadership and visibility program called, Miss International Queen - USA.

Our work centers on removing systemic barriers that limit access to employment, leadership development, and social stability. Through a combination of education, advocacy, community-driven events, and innovative programs, we create pathways for individuals to build sustainable futures while strengthening the communities around them.

Be The Transformational Change believes that lasting change happens when people are seen, supported, and given access to real opportunities. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, amplify lived experience, and foster leadership rooted in authenticity, dignity, and resilience.

In addition to direct programming, we collaborate with partners across business, education, and the nonprofit sector to raise awareness, influence systems, and drive inclusive practices that create long-term impact.
