    Beth-El Center (BEC) is growing and refining its organizational structure to support future initiatives as defined in the Center’s strategic plan. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity for a Development Director interested in serving as a key member of BEC’s leadership team and supporting its growth and development.  BEC has a staff of 30 (full, part-time and per diem) augmented by a corps of 80+ volunteers.

    The Center enjoys wide community visibility and support in the region as evidenced by its recent election as Nonprofit of the Year by the membership of the Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce.

    The Beth-El Center is a 501c3 organization that provides support services and advocacy to those experiencing homelessness and hunger within the Greater Milford community. Through our 34-bed homeless shelter, permanent supportive housing, food service programs, diversion services and outreach and engagement efforts, we offer individuals, families and veterans long-term solutions to help them reclaim their lives.
