    The mission of Wild Blue Cats is to save the precious lives of at risk cats and kittens. The cats and kittens that are abandoned, abused, neglected or surrendered. We have volunteers who foster and care for all the kitties and work towards finding them permanent homes or provide lifetime sanctuary.

    Wild Blue Animal Rescue and Sanctuary (WBARS), a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization inBlack Forest,Colorado, was founded in 2009 to enhance animal welfare in underserved rural areas of El PasoCounty. Our mission is to save the precious lives of cats, dogs and horses who are abandoned, abused, neglected or surrendered, and to find them permanent homes or provide lifetime sanctuary. The primary focus of WBARS is kittens and cats.
