    The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mission provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever

    Opening it's doors in St. Lucie County in 1984, Big Brothers Big Sisters has expanded it's territory over the past 10 years to include Indian River & Okeechobee counties. The organization has more than doubled it's capacity during that time serving 648 children in 2003 to 1,719 children in 2013. BBBS is governed by a Corporate Board of 15 Officers and Directors. Indian River and Okeechobee Counties have Advisory Boards with representation on the Corporate Board.
