CATCH A STAR ACADEMY

Catch a Star Academy is a non-profit, independent elementary school created specifically for children who are behind in their grade levels. Through partnerships with generous donors, we are committed to providing a free, high-quality education for children from all backgrounds. To ensure students get the attention they need, we offer a low student-teacher ratio and individualized learning. Our teachers focus on helping students master reading, writing and math, the building blocks of all other subjects.

Catch a Star Academy's microschool model offers a promising solution for students who have fallen behind because of the pandemic. With personalized learning, smaller class sizes, focused learning plans, flexible scheduling, holistic support, technology integration, and strong community engagement, students can find the support they need to overcome the challenges they faced during this disruptive period. The school's student-centric approach empowers learners to catch up, regain confidence, and thrive academically and emotionally.
