To rehabilitate previously incarcerated and at-risk youth by giving them positive, relevant tools and training to open, operate and direct a youth-run supperclub.

Our vision is to establish a youth run supper club that will employ youth in every area of the business as youth apprentices. An apprenticeship will assist them in transforming their learned skills into formable jobs in the market place by giving them real responsibility in restaurant and stage management. This experience will help broaden young people's life experience and give them the confidence to set goals and attain them.
