Mission
We use a restorative approach to discipline and develop the whole child in our school. We leverage relationships and social skill development to ensure that all students graduate prepared to solve problems, work collaboratively, and persevere in the world. All students in grades 7-12 participate in a daily advisory program for 50 minutes. Staff advisors remain with their students throughout their entire high school career and focus on developing social-emotional skills, academic development, and college-and-career advising.
About Us
Victory College Prep (VCP) opened in August 2005 on the Southeast side of Indianapolis. We are a public, K-12 charter school that serves approximately 900 students. Recognized by the Urban League of Indianapolis as a School of Excellence in 2018. In addition, VCP was given a 'B’ rating from the state of Indiana for the 2017-2018 school year. Received a full 7-year charter renewal from the Mayor’s Office of Education Innovation in December 2018. Over 90% of our seniors have graduated with a Core 40 diploma or better for the past six consecutive years
