The BDI is a non-profit corporation headquartered in San Diego and is committed to:

    • Helping patients overcome the emotional and behavioral obstacles to living well with diabetes
    • Conducting behavioral research in diabetes
    • Providing health care professionals with the specialty behavioral training necessary for managing diabetes effectively.
