    House of Hope offers quality care to its residents through diverse programs and services designed to meet each individuals needs, including: room and board, inpatient rehabilitation program, outpatient program, detoxification, alcohol & drug rehabilitation, transitional housing, counseling services, dual-diagnosis, health screening, case management and relapse prevention.

    About Us

    The main objective of House of Hope's transitional living program is to provide a clean, sober, and positive living environment to accommodate for individuals who are pursuing recovery from alcohol or drug addiction or those who suffer from co-occurring disorders. House of Hope's living facilities offer safe and supportive environments free of alcohol or drugs where residents may achieve mental, emotional, spiritual and physical recovery prior to re-entering our community.

    Our homes also offer its residents a group setting where they can support and receive the support of others in their same position. We also provide our residents with the means and information they need to better themselves in the form of education or job training, which in turn helps to build the self-esteem and confidence needed to remain in recovery. We also help our residents receive the mental and health care that they need by assisting them obtain doctors and make appointments. We also provide them with assistance in getting to and from their appointments and retrieving their medication.
