Nishchaya Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to advance children’s rights and education,equality for women,promote education and protect the environment thus creating a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable ,excluded and marginalized people, their families, and communities.It has transformed thousands of lives by providing quality education to underprivileged children, delivering essential healthcare services, empowering women through skill development programs, and promoting self-reliance.It has also spearheaded impactful environmental conservation initiatives, fostering sustainable communities and setting a benchmark in creating holistic societal growth and well-being.We have our policies, procedures, systems, practices, work culture and audits well in place to reflect our commitment to accountability and transparency.

We believe that one of the most effective ways to achieve lasting, transformational change is through local solutions,created in direct partnership with the people themselves, which deepens impact and promotes empowerment .We make sure that people are the center of our values and, therefore, any programming should be based on an effective partnership, which leads to trust- the foundation of change. Thus, we do not only focus on change in itself but hold a firm belief that how change is achieved is as important as the change itself.
