TRICORD-an empowered non-government organization, competent, self-sufficient, effective and efficient development catalyst providing traiing, consultancy, community organizing and linkaging services for the promotion of holistic (abundant life) of the disadvantaged sectors primarily Indigenous People spiritually, politically, economically, culturally, socially and supporting sustainable upland communities of Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Nueva Ecija and Pangasinan through relevant, timely, effecive and environmentally sound strategies and projects.
