    The skilled team at Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County includes hundreds of healthcare professionals, paraprofessionals and volunteers. Ready to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our highly-skilled, dedicated caregivers will work closely with you, your family and your physician, to customize a plan of care designed especially to meet your individual needs.

    Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed home health and hospice agency. It is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and is an approved and preferred provider for many major health insurance and managed care companies as well as healthcare and eldercare facilities.

    Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County is a non-profit organization with board members who live locally and ensure that our programs and services meet your needs. Our resources are local. Our professional staff members are employees, not contract workers. Our employees are insured, professionally trained, and receive ongoing supervision.

    We are a Medicare-certified agency, allowing you to transfer to other programs without leaving your home or changing agencies.
