The Tahoma Bird Alliance connects people with birds, other wildlife, and their habitats through conservation, education and recreation.
We develop and offer year-round nature education programming online, at Adriana Hess Wetland Center (University Place, WA), and at organizations and libraries around Pierce County. We strive to involve youth, families, and seniors in activities that encourage affinity for nature.
Our volunteers organize and lead birding walks throughout the South Sound. We also work to affect public policy at the city, county and state level to achieve our conservation goals.
