Veteran Transport Services (VTS) has a mission to assist any sensory impaired veteran of any branch of the United States military in rejoining society by providing transportation for them to any event in the greater Mecklenburg area. VTS’ sole purpose is to encourage veterans to participate in society and to contribute of their talents and skills, of which there are many.

VTS’ sole purpose is to encourage veterans to participate in society and to contribute of their talents and skills; of which there are many. But for an inability to drive themselves about, as they once did, these courageous men and women would be able to participate with us in many important events. However, without transportation, many of our veterans are left to sit, or lie, in homes tucked away with only minimal contact with other people. This is unacceptable.
