About Us
Pacific Asian Counseling Services (PACS) is a nonprofit behavioral health and community services organization serving children, adults, and families throughout Los Angeles County. Founded with a commitment to meeting the needs of Asian and Pacific Islander communities, PACS has grown to serve individuals and families from many diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Our work is grounded in culturally responsive, compassionate, and accessible care. PACS provides a range of mental health, case management, outreach, prevention, and community-based services designed to support individuals and families where they are.
We believe effective services begin with understanding the whole person, including their culture, language, family, and community. Our team includes clinicians, case managers, nurses, outreach staff, administrative professionals, interns, and other dedicated employees who work collaboratively to improve the well-being of the communities we serve.
PACS is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where employees are respected, supported, and able to contribute meaningfully to our mission. We value collaboration, integrity, cultural humility, accountability, and a genuine commitment to serving our communities.
