Millennials 4 Environmental Justice

Millennials 4 Environmental Justice (M4EJ) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on advocating for environmental justice in underserved Black and Brown neighborhoods across the U.S. M4EJ was founded in 2019 and focuses on four target areas: environmental health, community-led urban planning, food security, and economic development. M4EJ places its focus on empowering Black and Brown communities by providing them with the tools and resources to stand up against environmental injustices in their own neighborhoods. M4EJ works diligently for the people and their environments that are disproportionately affected by poverty to create communities that live freely in their neighborhoods free from the impact of poor social and economic health.
