About Us

Little Bit is among the largest centers of its kind in the world and at the forefront of equine-assisted therapies and programming. We are a renowned training resource for therapeutic riding professionals in the greater Seattle area, nationally and around the world. Providing Speech-Language Pathology, Physical and Occupational therapies, our therapists are active members of the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA), as well as the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Int’l). Our Adaptive Services are delivered by PATH certified instructors and a herd of therapy horses that are second to none. Many of the procedures, program plans, and operational and volunteer management practices we deliver are considered best practices across our industry.

Little Bit’s mission is to improve the bodies, minds and spirits of children and adults with disabilities through equine-assisted activities and therapies, and to be an inspiration and educational resource to the therapeutic riding profession, both regionally and nationally.
