    We look to create a complete student athlete who embraces challenges and looks forward to finding new limits within themselves. Creating a culture of commitment, honesty, respect, and focus on the track & field and in the classroom.

    About Us

    Westcliff is currently building it's athletics department and along with that, each program within that department. Our Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field program is looking to fill 3-4 voluntary and or possible graduate assistant positions. The incumbents should be well versed in the jumping, throwing, long distance and possibly the sprints/hurdles events.
