National Latina Business Women Association (NLBWA) is headquartered in Orange County, California and is represented in Washington, DC by Margaret Pulles, NLBWA Vice President and National Board Member. 

Our Mission

NLBWA's mission since 1998 has been to promote, develop and support the rapid growth of Latina business owners, professionals and their families. The national organization supports the development of chapters throughout the U.S. and these chapters deliver programs and services enabling greater success for this critical, underrepresented market.

The purpose of NLBWA is to create more representation, visibility, and business development, networking and mentoring opportunities for Latinas and their families in the world of business and at the executive level throughout the country.

Our Vision
