Every Child Fed

Every Child Fed (ECF) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to ending preventable child deaths caused by malnutrition. We believe a long-term solution to this enduring problem must be sustainable, empowering, and environmentally responsible. Instead of importing food aid from abroad, ECF applies an entrepreneurial approach that adds value and efficiency to the local supply chain and reduces dependence on external resources. We establish local production and distribution of RUTF, an enriched peanut-based treatment clinically proven to have 95% efficacy in curing severe acute malnutrition. Our approach creates system wide change by growing the local economy, empowering communities and saving lives.
