As the Community Action Agency for Harris County, Galveston County, and Brazoria County, Gulf Coast Community Services Association, Inc. (GCCSA, Inc.) engages partners and forges strategic alliances to educate, equip and empower individuals and families in their pursuit of economic independence.

As the Community Action Partnership’s largest Texas-based CAA, GCCSA connects Greater Houston’s vulnerable communities to greater opportunity. Programs and initiatives such as the Food Pantry, Head Start & Early Head Start, Vocational Training & Scholarships, Refugee Assistance, Financial Empowerment, and disaster-specific assistance, all focus on empowering and equipping a more self-sustaining Houston-Galveston region.
