    Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. is a separately incorporated not-for-profit AIDS service organization serving an eight county region in southern New York State (Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins counties.) We provide free, confidential supportive services to people living with HIV/AIDS and/or hepatitis C, and their families, loved ones, caregivers and friends. We also provide free, effective and innovative HIV and HCV prevention education, outreach and risk reduction programming including New York State's only rural syringe exchange/harm reduction program.
