Eliphante seeks to secure an art installation hand-built over 28 years, and envisions an eco-village community surrounding the art installation as a commons.

Educational aspects include focus on: natural building, simple living, and permaculture & food forestry. As well, diverse art methodologies and approaches are being offered during the year, as are regular visits and guided tours for a reasonable donation.
