Our Mission
Rape Crisis Intervention Service of Carroll County is a non-profit organization established in 1978 to provide free services to victim-survivors of sexual violence, their friends, and family members.
Our Services
We provide free and confidential services for victim-survivors of all types of sexual violence, who are now over the age of 12, whether it happened yesterday or twenty years ago. “Sexual violence” is a broad umbrella term encompassing rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and more.
