Land’s Sake is About Connecting People to the Land
Founded in 1980, Land’s Sake is a nonprofit farm and environmental education organization dedicated to responsible stewardship of suburban farmland and forests. By combining ecologically sound land management with hands-on environmental education, we provide a powerful model of how public open space can be effectively used and enjoyed by the community. Land’s Sake strives to connect individuals to the land to build community and inspire lifelong stewardship. Our efforts are centered on three themes:
