    Our mission is to promote the development of business, housing, cultural resources, and activities within Downtown Eau Claire. To fulfill this mission, we act in three primary ways: Promoting & Supporting downtown businesses, Creating exceptional events, and advancing innovative ideas & projects.

    About Us

    Formed in 2002, Downtown Eau Claire, Inc. (DECI) is an independent 501(c)(6) non-profit organization working hard to keep Downtown moving forward and growing. Our organization includes twenty-one board members and four staff members, each with their own Downtown story and reasons for contributing their time and talents. But all with a common passion for our community. The revitalization achieved since DECI's founding has been extraordinary, and would not be possible without resounding community support like yours.
