Bernard van Leer Foundation

The Bernard van Leer Foundation is a private Foundation based in The Hague, The Netherlands.It supports programmes around the world designed to enhance developmental outcomes for children 0-8 years growing up in circumstances of social and economic disadvantage. In the coming years the Foundation will work through three distinct but interlocking programmes of grantmaking and studies under these issue areas: strengthening the care environment, succesful transitions, and social inclusion & respect for diversity.
