    PRUP’s mission is to “promote improved access to economic, social and cultural opportunities and resources for low income individuals and their families with special emphasis on the Hispanic population.” PRUP was incorporated in 1976 as a non-profit entity targeting its services to 14,231 individuals. A comprehensive approach to the development of the targeted community was initiated. We have been targeting the most pressing needs, which are identified as employment and economic opportunity, adequate housing and the assurance of access to goods and services. Our Case Management are ready to assist you under the strictest confidence.
