Audubon Sanctuary and Center at Francis Beidler Forest

  • About Us

Mission Statement of Francis Beidler Forest is to maintain the functional integrity of the greater Four Holes Swamp system. This is done through active management, protection, monitoring, education, advocacy & acquiring more land. Our Education Mission - A.S. & C. at F.B.F. educates the public about the important relationships between wetland ecosystems and the quality of life of all living things. We have a public program utilizing a 1 1/2 mile boardwalk that meanders through a virgin bald cypress/tupelo gum swamp.
