We serve the church and local Austin community through monetary grants, career advancement opportunities, restorative justice, and environmental consciousness.     Next to New is a one-of-a-kind consignment shop in Austin, TX, where everyone-regardless of age, ethnicity, or spiritual beliefs- can come together to create a warm, welcoming space that feels like home.

    As a nonprofit, volunteer-run consignment shop, we rely on passionate individuals like you to help us make a difference in our community. We’re looking for volunteers who can commit to at least 3 hours a month, but if you can’t quite meet that minimum, don’t worry! We’re flexible and happy to work with your schedule.

    Whether you’re looking to contribute to a meaningful cause or simply want to be part of a supportive community, Next to New is the perfect place for you. Your time and effort will help us continue supporting local initiatives and creating a positive impact in Austin.
