About Us
New York public media company WNET is a pioneering provider of television and web content. The parent of THIRTEEN, WLIW21 and operator of NJTV, WNET creates media experiences of lasting significance for the tri-state region, America and the world in the areas of arts and culture; news and public affairs; science, nature and history; and children's programming. WNET also produces the annual Celebration of Teaching and Learning, and provides innovative educational outreach at both the local and national level.
