Penn Medicine Hospice

  • Mission

Penn Medicine Hospice provides physical, emotional, social and spiritual care to the patient, caregiver and family. The mission of Penn Medicine Hospice is to maximize comfort care for terminally ill patients and to assist in making whatever time remains to be the highest quality possible.

    About Us

Penn Medicine Hospice is a division of Penn Medicine at Home which is owned by Penn Medicine. We are the oldest and largest non-profit home care and hospice agency in Chester County. Our hospice provides care both in our patient's homes, skilled facilities or wherever our patient calls home, as well as our Hospice Inpatient Unit. We have the only Hospice Inpatient Unit in the West Chester area. We are in a designated building, in close proximity but separate from Chester County Hospital.
