About Us
CommunityCare of Lyme (CCL) is a nonprofit, neighbor-to-neighbor organization dedicated to fostering a caring, connected, and resilient community in Lyme, New Hampshire. We bring neighbors together to support one another through all stages of life by coordinating volunteers, connecting residents with local resources, and offering individualized assistance during times of need. CCL's programs, including the Community Lunch Program, Thursday Café, Walk & Talk, Lyme Food Pantry, and Care & Compassion, promote food security, healthy aging, wellness, and social connection, while our Helpline helps residents access support and navigate local resources. Through strong partnerships with local and regional organizations, and the dedication of volunteers, CCL strengthens both individual and community well-being.
