About Us
The mission of the Civic Engagement Center is aligned with National-Louis University’s mission to "develop highly competent and humane individuals to serve and lead in an increasingly diverse and global society” and NLU’s purpose to “educate individuals for service and leadership." The mission of the CEC is to advance the education of students to become civically engaged citizens, scholars and leaders in communities on campus, in the state, the nation and the world.
