    Communities In Schools works to increase the graduation rate of at-risk students by positioning a Site Coordinator in the school environment to identify the at risk students and to bring resources into the school to benefit these students. The Site Coordinator works with a team of school personnel to identify students and needed services for the school. The Site Coordinator works within the community to develop relationships with community partners to engage with the school and to encourage the success of the students.
