  • About Us

Rescue the Dogs, South Carolina is pleased to announce we are now a registered, Non-Profit Organization 501(c)3 pending, with the state of South Carolina.

Saving the lives of abused, abandoned, owner surrendered dogs, one at a time.

Helping to save lives of these animals due to over crowding at the state of South Carolina high kill shelters. We will provide medical care, spay/neutering*,vaccinations, love, fostering, simple training *unless other training is necessary) and help set up transport to other states. All dogs will be assessed and placed in homes approved by Rescue the Dogs ONLY.

As a mother daughter team, our hopes are to place rescue dogs with individuals that suffer from domestic violence, PTSD, survivors of a violent crime, anxiety and depression. These animals are comforting in ways you never imagined.

Our team of three females who are not only survivors of domestic violence, but recent victims of a violent crime. Together we have found the extreme comfort in all our rescue dogs/puppies. We would love for others to find the same, and be able to reduce their past experiences and find hope, joy and a new life again. Just as the dogs at these high kill shelters that will be rescued will experience.

We are not limiting our adoptions of any rescue dogs to just individuals with above mentioned conditions but approved homes for anyone who can provide a safe forever home.

All rescues will be provided with veterinarian care, have UTD shots, be spay/neutered *(age appropriate), if there is a situation that the puppy is to young you MUST sign a spay/neuter agreement.

All adopters must provide name of Veterinarian, letter from landlord for approval to obtain a dog,(if you do not own yourhome).
